Delivery & Returns
Delivery within Ireland on All Orders is €6 & Free Click & Collect is available in our Galway , Athlone & Tralee Stores.
We endeavour to send out orders within 48 hours but please allow extra time due to Covid-19 which may cause some delays from time to time.
We do not cover shipping costs on return items. Check with your local post office for charges.
Due to brexit we no longer ship to UK.
We do offer international Shipping but the cost is high. We can ship anywhere within the EU, US or Canada for €60. This is tracked and insured shipping.

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition.
Goods must be returned
- Within 30 days
- In an unused/unworn condition
- With the original delivery docket
- With the original packaging/boxes
- For a full refund you must send back to the address on the returns form
- For an exchange or Credit Note you can bring to your local store
Gift Vouchers may be purchased Online , these are for In Store use only.
There is no expiry date on our Gift Vouchers.
Please note that no returns are permitted on gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances
Do I have to pay to return?
We do not cover shipping costs on return items. Check with your local post office for charges. Also, additional charges of €6 within Ireland apply for delivery of replacement items. Delivery costs to other countries may vary depending on the amount of replacement items.
How long can I keep my order before returning?
Up to 30 days
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, debit card)
Received the wrong items?
If this happens we will endeavour to get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning the incorrect items.
The item is faulty?
- If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or misdescribed product, please contact us to arrange a return.
- Paraffin Store reserve the right to take a reasonable amount of time to make a decision on the product.
- We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
- In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by a member of the Paraffin Store team.
- Customers will be offered in this order: repair, replacement or refund.
