Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to send out orders as soon as possible but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed. We offer free delivery on orders over €50 but this offer is for a limited time and may be withdrawn without prior notice. For orders under €50 a shipping charge of €6.00 will apply.
We do not cover shipping costs on return items. Check with your local post office for charges. Also, additional charges apply for delivery of replacement items. Delivery costs may vary depending on the amount of replacement items. In general additional delivery costs range from €6.00 – €15.00 depending on the items.
For UK orders, our standard shipping rate is €9.99. Please note we only ship to Mainland UK, Chanel Islands are not included. Where an order is placed for the Chanel Islands, the order will be cancelled and will be refunded.
For International Shipping we have 2 options available:
1. Standard Shipping which is untracked for €25.
2. Tracked Shipping which is tracked €35.
Please note if you choose Standard Shipping, we will not be held responsible for any orders that get lost or misplaced during shipping. You choose this option at your own risk.
For shipping to other countries outside what we have listed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition. You need to inform us you intend to return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase and you need to have the item returned to us within the following 14 days.
SALE ITEMS: Please note all sale or discounted items must be returned within 7 days from your order date. A refund is only guaranteed if returned within this time frame. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Christmas Exchange: Items purchased in the month of December can be exchanged up until the 10th Jan or 30 days from purchase if after 10th December, this does not affect our refunds policy which remains as stated.
Please note a re-delivery fee of €6 applies for all exchanges or you can exchange in one of the Paraffin Stores in Tralee, Galway and Athlone.
Goods must be returned
- Within 28 days of receipt
- In an unused/unworn condition
- With the original delivery docket
- With the original packaging/boxes
Refunds and Exchanges are not permitted after the 28 day period.
Shipping cost is non refundable.
All returns need to be returned to the below address on the returns docket provided with your order.
Please note that no returns are permitted on gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances
We sell gift vouchers for use on our inline store or for use instore, your voucher will only be valid for the option you select. i.e. An online voucher can not be used in-store and vice versa.
How to send back a return
Please contact us at email@example.com to process your return. DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST. All returns need to accompanies with original docket and any note on what you would like to do with the return, i.e. Exchange for a different size, refund etc.

How long can I keep my order before returning?
Return your items to us within 28 days of receiving them.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, laser card)
Received the wrong items?
If this happens we will endeavour to get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning these items.
The item is faulty?
- If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or misdescribed product, please contact us to arrange a return.
- Paraffin Store reserve the right to take a reasonable amount of time to make a decision on the product.
- We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
- In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by a member of the Paraffin Store team.
- Customers will be offered in this order: repair, replacement or refund.
