How Do Our Promotions Work?
What is mix & match?
Mix & match has been specially created by Paraffin to make sure that you benefit from amazing clothing deals on our website and in-store.
How does mix & match work?
It's simple - add products that you would like to bundle to your cart and the discount will automatically apply during checkout!
The more items you add the bigger the discount percentage you will receive as a total!
Shop Hoodies, Shirts, Polos, Knitwear & Jeans/Chinos
- 2 FOR €79, 3 FOR €119 & 4 FOR €149
Shop Tees
- 2 FOR €40, 3 FOR €50
Please note: Jeans cannot be bundled more than once per deal.
Example - 2 pairs of jeans for €79 is not possible.
Jeans & Hoodie FOR €79 is valid.
Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we do not ship worldwide but make sure and subscribe to our newsletter as we are working on this.
What is your return/refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition. You need to inform us you intend to return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase and you need to have the item returned to us within the following 14 days.
SALE ITEMS: Please note all sale or discounted items must be returned within 7 days from your order date. A refund is only guaranteed if returned within this time frame. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

With the original delivery docket
With the original packaging/boxes
Refunds and Exchanges are not permitted after the 28 day period.
